Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 12 to 16 years of experience in Hi-Tech domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NLP Python GEN AI Testing and AI/ML Validation/Testing. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive innovation and efficiency in our infrastructure development projects contributing to the companys technological advancements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust infrastructure solutions to support AI and machine learning applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP and AI technologies into existing systems.Design and implement testing frameworks for GEN AI and AI/ML models to ensure high-quality performance.Analyze and validate AI/ML models to ensure they meet business requirements and industry standards.Optimize Python code for scalability and efficiency in processing large datasets.Lead efforts to automate testing processes for AI applications enhancing productivity and accuracy.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the team.Oversee the deployment of AI solutions ensuring seamless integration with current infrastructure.Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to drive innovation.Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all AI/ML projects.Contribute to the companys mission by developing cutting-edge technology that impacts society positively.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in NLP and Python programming for AI applications.Proven experience in GEN AI Testing and AI/ML Validation/Testing.Strong background in the Hi-Tech domain with a focus on infrastructure development.Ability to work in a hybrid model with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in mentoring and guiding technical teams.Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
