About the Role:

We are looking for a Principal GenAI Engineer to join Turings GenAI delivery organization and work on high-impact AI initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. You will design and deploy advanced LLM-powered systems including multi-agent architectures and RAG-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based solutions
• Build agentic AI systems using LangGraph
• Develop scalable Python-based AI services
• Implement RAG pipelines and prompt-engineered workflows
• Deploy GenAI applications on AWS/Azure/GCP
• Collaborate with product, data, and business teams
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices
• Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience (GenAI/ML systems)
• 2+ years hands-on with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents
• Strong Python expertise
• Strong experience with LangChain/LangGraph (mandatory)
