Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal position at our upcoming CBSE school, GEMS School of Excellence, located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Principal will oversee daily school operations, provide strategic leadership, and ensure alignment with institutional goals and educational standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing academic programs, mentoring teachers, overseeing student welfare and behavioral standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. The Principal will also engage with students, staff, parents, and the broader school community to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strategic Leadership and Administrative Skills, including team management and operational planning
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development, Academic Planning, and Staff Training
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Experience in Educational Policy Implementation and Student Welfare Management
• Commitment to fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a school environment
• Master's degree in Education, Leadership, or related field
• Prior experience in school leadership or administration is highly desirable
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for academic and operational purposes
