This is a full-time on-site role, located in Greater Noida, for the position of Principal of BCA/BBA programs at IEC College of Engineering & Technology. The Principal will oversee academic and administrative operations of the respective programs, ensuring that curriculum delivery aligns with educational standards and institutional goals. Responsibilities include faculty coordination, curriculum planning, quality assurance in teaching, student development, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. The role also involves managing accreditation processes, faculty recruitment, and building partnerships to strengthen the department's academic and industry connections.

• Strong leadership and administrative skills with experience in academic management and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, course structuring, and accreditation processes.
• Expertise in teaching methodologies and faculty development, particularly for BCA/BBA courses.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements and technologies in education, along with industry trends.
• Doctorate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related disciplines).
• A minimum of 10 years of teaching and/or administrative experience, preferably in Higher Education Institutions.
• Commitment to fostering a student-centric, inclusive, and collaborative academic environment.
• Experience in research, publications, and professional development will be an added advantage.
