Principal Engineer - WiFi & RDK Broadband

Core

• Strong C/C++ programming in embedded Linux environment
• Deep understanding of RDK-B architecture
• Experience with CcspWiFiAgent, TR-181, and WiFi HAL, OneWiFi
• Hands-on experience with:
• Broadcom WiFi SDK
• MTK/Airoha WiFi SDK
• Experience in driver-level debugging
• Knowledge of Linux networking stack

WiFi Expertise

• IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be)
• WPA2/WPA3 security
• WiFi mesh concepts - Airties, CTS mesh, Plume
• WiFi performance tuning
• Packet capture analysis (tcpdump, Wireshark)
• Log analysis and crash debugging

Tools & Environment

• Git (branching, rebasing, large repo handling)
• Build systems (Yocto preferred)
• CI/CD pipelines
• JIRA-based workflow
• Shell scripting

Experience & Qualifications

• 1015 years of experience in embedded systems / WiFi development
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Telecommunications
• Experience working with global OEMs and chipset vendors
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
