Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Principal Engineer, located in Chennai. The Principal Engineer will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality technical products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and mentoring junior engineers. The Principal Engineer will also drive innovation, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical guidance to optimize system performance and ensure scalability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development, including proficiency in programming languages and software engineering principles (Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture mandatory)
• Strong skills in System Design and Architecture
• Experience in Cloud Computing and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with emerging technologies and a track record of driving technical innovation is a plus
