• Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, crewAI) and multi-agent systems
• Voice AI processing (streaming and offline)
• Microservices-based distributed systems
• High-availability platforms serving global enterprises

What You Bring

Essential:

• 15+ years of software engineering with proven technical leadership
• Expert-level skills in Java, Python, Go, or Rust
• Deep experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Strong foundation in API design (REST, WebSockets, gRPC, MCP)
• Production experience with Postgres, MongoDB, and database optimization
• Track record designing LLM-powered systems at scale
• Experience with agentic frameworks and multi-agent architectures
• Voice AI experience (streaming or offline processing)
• Ability to lead distributed teams across time zones

Bonus points for:

• Streaming systems expertise (Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse)
• MLOps/LLMOps for production AI systems
• LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, instruction tuning)
• SLO/SLA definition for AI-driven services
• Experience with analytics tools (Looker, Streamlit)
• Cloud-native deployment experience
