Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced AMS Layout Expert who can take chip-top ownership of analog-on-top ASIC developments.
If you enjoy working on complex AMS / PMIC / Fullchip layouts and driving designs all the way to tape-out, this opportunity could be a great fit.

Key Technical Areas
Strong experience in AMS Layout + Fullchip + PMIC blocks,
including:
Bandgap Reference (BGR)
LDOs
Buck / Boost / Buck-Boost Converters
DC-DC Converters
Envelope Tracking Amplifiers
Power Amplifiers
ESD Structures
Current Sensors
Temperature Sensors
RX & TX blocks in CODEC
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Custom Analog Layout
Experience in 22nm / 40nm / 180nm nodes
Strong knowledge of BCD technology
Experience in Chip Top Layout Ownership
Hands-on experience with DRC / LVS / Tape-out procedures
Ability to work closely with global layout and design teams
Responsibilities
Define ASIC floorplan and chip-top layout integration
Execute tape-out verification and sign-off
Perform DRC / LVS closure
Deliver final GDS to foundry
Resolve complex layout challenges
Improve internal layout flows and tape-out automation
