Job Responsibilities

• Edit personal finance stories to ensure factual accuracy, clarity, and editorial quality
• Manage routine desk operations, including editing and publishing stories, sending GCM alerts, app notifications, and newsletters
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
• Write basic to intermediate-level stories on personal finance topics such as banking, loans and borrowing, investments, income tax, real estate, gold, and related areas
• Regularly track and monitor websites of financial institutions, regulators, and other relevant entities to identify and develop timely and relevant story ideas

Must Have:-

• 710 years of experience editing stories related to personal finance
• Excellent command of written English, particularly for personal finance topics
• Strong understanding of desk operations in an online/digital publication
• Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS) for producing and publishing digital stories
• Solid understanding of promoting editorial content across social media platforms
• Good knowledge of SEO principles and their application to enhance the reach and visibility of digital content
• Ability to write and edit high-quality stories on personal finance topics
