Position : Principal Pharmacy

Location : Hapur, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

What We Are Looking For: </p>

Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Preferred)

M.Pharm with strong academic leadership experience may also be considered </p>

Deep understanding of PCI regulations, pharmacy curriculum, and accreditation standards </p>

Proven experience in teaching, research publications, and academic administration </p>

Ability to lead faculty development, research initiatives, and industry collaborations </p>

Passion for mentoring students and building industry-ready pharmacy professionals

Your Role

• Lead the academic and administrative functions of the pharmacy department

• Drive research culture, innovation, and academic excellence

• Strengthen industry partnerships, internships, and skill-based learning

• Ensure PCI compliance and quality academic delivery

• Mentor faculty and students to achieve higher academic and professional outcomes
