Responsibilities
Lead the quality engineering team in designing, developing, and executing automated test plans and test cases.
Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design test strategies.
Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and potential issues.
Ensure that test plans and scripts are followed, and quality standards are met.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and assuring quality.
