Job Description

Responsibilities

:
1. SOP Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments and functions.
2. Documentation: Produce detailed and organized SOP documents that provide step-by-step instructions, workflows, and best practices for specific tasks and processes.
3. Toil Identification: Work closely with teams to identify manual and repetitive tasks that contribute to operational toil and inefficiency.
4. Automation: Leverage scripting languages, automation tools, and technologies to automate toil-heavy tasks and processes, reducing manual effort.
5. Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for optimization, proposing and implementing improvements.
6. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop training materials and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to empower teams to identify and address toil in their respective areas.
7. Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions to track the progress of toil reduction initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
8. Compliance: Ensure that SOPs and automated processes comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

/ Skills
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Good work experience on AWS environment
• Documentation Skills: Strong writing and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and organized procedural documents.
• Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet), and process automation technologies.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess workflows, identify toil, and propose optimization solutions.
• Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present toil reduction strategies.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational challenges related to toil and develop creative solutions to address them.
• Project Management: Basic project management skills to plan and execute toil reduction initiatives effectively.
