Job Description
Responsibilities
Help to identify the root cause of issues. Work with Microsoft and other external vendors to identify the issue.
Automate tasks, identify process improvements
Document and report issues
Lead the team and mentor juniors
Apply security updates on the server using Microsoft configuration manager (SCCM).
Vulnerability remediation
Troubleshoot patching issues
Troubleshoot server connectivity issues from vcenter, ILOs.
Monitor server health
Troubleshoot CPU, Disk space, RDP, server connectivity issues etc
Generate compliance/vulnerability reports
Document key issues/root cause
Installation & Configuration of Server OS
Server Decommissions
Handling tickets Incidents/Tasks/Change management requests
Work with users across different locations on various issues
