Job Description: Data Analyst for EHR Healthcare Data Migration and Archive

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Electronic Health Record (EHR) data migration and archive projects for a large, growing Behavioral Health organization. This role will focus on the migration and archiving of healthcare data for multiple EHR platforms; focus on athenaOne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, healthcare informatics, and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, particularly athenaOne. This position is crucial to ensuring accurate and efficient data migration and archiving processes, supporting the seamless transition to the athenaOne platform.

Qualifications/Experience:

Hands on experience with athenaOne platform required

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field

Proven experience with EHR systems, particularly in data migration projects from Behavioral Health systems to athenaOne

Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, terminologies, and regulatory requirements

Proficiency in data mapping, extraction, transformation, and cleansing techniques

Experience with EHR software tools and interfaces, as well as testing and validation methodologies.
