Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow reports and dashboards for IT service management (ITSM).

Design and build compelling dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to drive insights on key metrics and KPIs.

Use Generative AI (Gen AI) tools and frameworks to automate data reporting processes, generate predictive analytics, and optimize data workflows.

Analyze large datasets using Excel (advanced features such as pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP) and transform them into actionable insights.

Create high-impact presentations in PowerPoint to communicate data insights and project results to executive stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions for business needs.

Lead and support IT initiatives by managing end-to-end reporting, analytics, and dashboarding processes.

Identify and implement automation opportunities using Gen AI to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in Generative AI, data visualization, and analytics tools, applying them to enhance current processes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

years of experience in IT, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation for ITSM.
