Comaea Consulting is expanding its India team and were looking for a dynamic Principal Consultant to lead business development in the Indian market and deliver recruitment solutions.

Our India office operation was started in 2022 and it is being developed as a strategic hub supporting recruitment projects across APAC, working closely with global clients and regional teams. We specialize in:

• Executive Search & Selection, powered by psychometric assessments
• Human Capital Consulting, including leadership development, executive coaching, and career outplacement
• Marine, Industrial, and Technology sector across Asia Pacific region

The Role: As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Business development in the India market: Identifying and engaging with potential clients, pitching solutions, and nurturing long-term partnerships
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by offering strategic insights on talent acquisition and leadership fit
• Manage the recruitment delivery, including interviewing, psychometric assessments, client engagament, and placement
• Collaborating with our international offices on multi-country mandates

What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Business Administration or related studies
• 10+ years of experience in recruitment (BD or 360 or client-facing roles), preferably in a HR consulting or search environment
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and managing clients in India
• Exposure to mid-to-senior-level hiring; experience with international or APAC recruitment is a plus
• Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in using psychometric tools and structured assessment frameworks to guide hiring decisions
