Job Description
Responsibilities
FFG SAGE and Similar Tools Support:
Manage bulk information uploads to ensure data access, availability, and accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAGE and similar tools
Support FFG program office in implementing SAGE base activities
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports based on SAGE
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Monitor progress and report on key indicators.
Develop and maintain program schedules and deliverables.
Accurately enter and manage position IDs within the system.
Ensure all position IDs are up-to-date and correctly assigned.
Collaboration with Business Leads:
Work closely with business leads to gather requirements and enable delivery
Assist in data uploads, ensuring timely and accurate updates
Track progress and provide regular updates to business leads
Conduct regular reviews to verify data consistency and correctness.
Regular checks to ensure right level of access and functionality available to FFG program office.
