Job Description
Responsibilities
:Design, implement, and support Dual Write integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).
Administer and manage Dataverse, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Power Platform environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot Dual Write sync issues, entity mapping problems, and data flow inconsistencies.
Drive ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) across environments for both CE and F&O.
Manage user roles, security configurations, and access provisioning across integrated environments.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to ensure alignment of Dual Write with business processes.
Maintain platform health and proactively manage service updates, environment refreshes, backups, and DLP compliance.
Provide support for performance tuning, integrations, telemetry, and diagnostics across apps.
Document admin activities, standard operating procedures, and configuration baselines
