Job Description
Sr Application Support Engineer for Infrastructure & Application Support with experience in Java, AppDynamics , Monitoring, PLSQL
•Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
•Experience in SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution.
•Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures.
