Job Description
Responsibilities

Collaborate within the few squads to support Quality Engineering processes, emphasizing automation execution using a range of tools and techniques.

Define and implement testing strategies tailored for Generative AI solutions.

Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of Gen AI implementations.

Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize testing needs.

Track, document, and escalate issues, defects, and potential risks associated with Gen AI components.

Partner with development and program teams to ensure timely resolution of identified problems.

Create and maintain robust test automation scripts and frameworks to optimize testing efforts.

Promote continuous improvement by refining testing methods and best practices for Gen AI testing.

Keep abreast of emerging tools, frameworks, and trends in test automation and AI validation.

Minimum qualifications

Valid years of QA experience in a QA leadership or managerial role.<
