Job Description
Responsibilities
To compile data for bulk upload of Service Matrix.
Review the completeness of data in Service Matrix, trigger approval for both the service provider and service receiver authorities to sign or approve.
To drive stakeholder meetings, track and manage all the onboarding and migration activities, resolve issues and mitigate any risks that hindering the completion of work.
To update progress in tracker system and provide status to the Programme Lead on periodic basis.
Develops the programme resourcing plan and ensures this is refreshed on a monthly basis.
