Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and administer Active Directory services, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and domain controllers.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AD infrastructure components, including domain controllers, DNS servers, and replication services.
Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for AD, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Respond to and resolve AD-related incidents and service requests escalated from L1/L2 support teams, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Identify and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies for AD services to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation, including configuration guides, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Generate reports on AD performance and health metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure integrated and efficient AD operations.
Manage changes to the AD environment through rigorous testing, coordination, and documentation to minimize risks and disruptions.
