Job Title: AWS Q Developer Trainer

Travel Requirement: Comfortable with travel to client locations for training delivery (company will cover travel and accommodation expenses, if required)
Certification: AWS Certification is Mandatory

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and AWS Certified Cloud Application Developer Trainer to deliver high-impact training sessions aligned with AWS certification standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in AWS development services and tools, combined with a passion for teaching and mentoring professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Training: Facilitate hands-on training sessions for professionals preparing for AWS Cloud Application Developer certification.

• Content Development: Create, update, and maintain engaging training materials, including presentations, labs, exercises, and assessments.

• Learner Support: Provide post-training mentoring and resolve technical queries to ensure learner success.

• Client-Focused Delivery: Customize training programs based on specific client requirements and industry use cases.

• Performance Evaluation: Assess training outcomes through participant feedback and suggest improvements for future programs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud application development and prior training or mentoring experience.

Skills:

• Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, and IAM.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and serverless architecture.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in the AWS ecosystem.

Preferred:

• Experience with AWS Developer Tools and SDKs.

• Familiarity with container services (ECS, EKS) and microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cloud security best practices.
