Responsibilities

•          Lead performance testing engagements, collaborating with clients to define performance objectives and success criteria.

•          Analyse system architecture, requirements, and design to develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans.

•          Design and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to simulate realistic user scenarios and workloads.

•          Monitor and analyse system performance metrics during test execution, identifying performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

•          Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot performance issues, recommend performance improvements, and implement performance tuning strategies.

•          Generate comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders, including recommendations for performance optimization.

•          Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance testing and performance engineering methodologies.

•          Mentor and coach junior performance testers, providing guidance on performance testing techniques, tools, and best practices.
