Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing Office 365 & collaboration Infrastructure (Skype/Team, OneDrive, SharePoint) end to end.
Managing O365 licenses, costs with regular reporting.
Ensuring safety & security of the data & O365 infrastructure.
Supporting the escalated requests, major incident management, RCA & RCCA.
Identifying & implementing continuous improvement & automation opportunities.
Mentor other resources & analyzing the incident trends and coming up with solutions.
Maintaining design & configuration documentation up to date.
Maintain high end user experience.
Configure and manage security and compliance settings within the M365 environment, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
Optimize M365 services to improve performance, user experience, and cost-efficiency.
Provide expert-level support for M365-related issues, working closely with IT support teams to resolve complex problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 applications, integrations, and connectivity.
Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations, processes, and best practices.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and maximize the benefits of M365 tools.
Create user guides, FAQs, and other resources to assist users in navigating M365 applications effectively.
Monitor user feedback and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement and drive adoption.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate M365 services with other business applications and workflows.
Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce M365 security policies, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and conditional access.
Stay current with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to leverage new M365 capabilities to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Lead initiatives to optimize M365 licensing, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
