Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Cypress automation projects from inception to delivery.
• Develop and implement test automation strategies and frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert advice on best practices in test automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation scripts using Cypress.
• Optimize and enhance existing test automation frameworks for better performance and coverage.
• Mentor and train junior consultants and team members on Cypress automation and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Cypress framework and JavaScript.
• Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
Preferred qualifications
Strong knowledge of test automation best practices and methodologies.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, particularly JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.
