Job Description

Responsibilities


Collect and correlate Release change requests
Provide approvals for changes impacting Investment Management
Develop Release run-book and IM hygiene changes
Manage Release deployments (schedule, execution)
Coordinate application/infrastructure deployment activities
Release reviews and risk assessments with Stakeholders
Ensure Change Compliance (SLDC 3.0)
Change and Release Metric Reporting Change volumes, change success percentages, postmortem and etc.
Govern post change incident sessions
Oversight and governance of Vendor Change events
Communication to Change Stakeholders Execution Status
Oversight of Business and Technical Change Checkouts
Oversight of certificate renewals and hygiene password rotations
Triage and Restoral Change Incidents
Service Improvement Initiatives Deployment Automation, Standard Risk Assessments - Only if centralize team is approved
Enterprise and Infrastructure Change Advisory Board
Plan, Coordinate Investment impacting change events
Participate reconvene efforts to identify change and release management gaps/opportunities
