Principal Consultant – OpenText VIM

Experience in support and maintenance of OpenText VIM projects

Ensure SLA-related KPIs are adhered to

Analyze, plan, design, configure and test OpenText VIM solution to meet the business and regulatory needs for processing of various types of supplier invoices.

Sound knowledge on Document Archiving, OCR, VIM Workflows, Process Types, Exception handling and Reports, including integration with S/4 and other applications.

Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.

Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client

Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment, Ability to work on multiple modules same time.

Experience in Application Maintenance Support. L0, L1 & L2 Responsible for management of Client Impact tickets. Accountable for Service Restoral / Permanent Resolution of production incidents.

Responsible for successful Production start-up, Understanding of Roles & Authorizations

Hands-on configuration experience
