Principal Consultant – MES Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Dynamic and skilled MES Business Analyst with expertise in SQL, a working knowledge of SAP, and hands-on MES experience. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential, as you will play a critical role in managing and supporting MES go-lives and implementations in Europe. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
MES Implementation Management:

Manage and coordinate multiple MES go-lives, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
System Support:

Provide ongoing technical and functional support for MES implementations troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability post-implementation.
SQL Utilization:

Leverage SQL for data analysis, system queries, troubleshooting, and optimizing MES-related databases.

SAP Integration:

Collaborate with SAP teams to integrate MES solutions with ERP systems, including testing, data flow optimization, and issue resolution.
Agile Methodology Application:

Lead or participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring MES project requirements are well-documented, prioritized, and delivered.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with global teams, including IT, production, and operations, to gather requirements, align objectives, and deliver effective MES solutions.
Process Optimization:

Analyze manufacturing workflows and leverage MES to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and operational insights.
Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, workflows, and training materials.
Provide training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of MES solutions.

Global Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to support global MES deployments and standardize best manufacturing practices.
