Job Description

Responsibilities


•    Strong knowledge on SIP truck configuration, Integrations, and troubleshooting.
•    Handson experience on Cisco Smart Licensing and HCS configuration.
•    Deep understanding of Dial plan, Call routing, SLRG configuration and troubleshooting experience.
•    Knowledge on Auto Attendant and Cisco Unity Integration would be Plus.
•    Good Understanding of Data Purging and CDR analysis and CDR Reporting.
•    Should have hands-on experience on Upgrading of Clusters.
•    Good to have VM configuration and deployment knowledge.
•    Detailed understanding of MGCP , SIP and H323 call flows and Messages.
•    Should be able to understand and design and deployment of Infra.
•    Very good understanding of log analysis and Packet capturing.
•    Hands on experience on RTMT and Wireshark.
•    Knowledge on installation of patches and VMtool Patches would be big advantage.
•    Good knowledge on Virtualization and compatibility matrix on latest version of UCM product. 
•    Technical expert in following technologies
o    Cisco call manager and Unity connection and  Unity Express
o    UCCX
o    WebEx calling
o    Voice gateways / routers
o    Automation skills, Python
