Job Description
Responsibilities
:Manage issues and risks to the overall design and schedule
Assure the successful deployment of the SuccessFactors implementation in the UK and (as part of a global rollout) in other countries around the world
Managers may need to lead cross-functional (functional and technical) project implementation teams
Understand and define business challenges in process and execute performance efficiencies focused on providing superior customer experiences, and complying with regulatory and audit requirements
Support actively the Group Tax Function and contribute to deliver the Global Tax Roadmap
Identify areas for improvement and functionality Gaps within current ERP and systems, , identify and introduce new tax technologies and concepts to improve efficiency in tax compliance, both indirect and direct, implementing and running business models, applying transfer pricing, and in tax controls and reporting. Increase level of Tax and GLOBE knowledge within team based on his experience and training / coaching skills
As key contributor to complex projects, deliver expected results on time, scope and quality
Work with stakeholders (Group Tax, Markets, GMBs, RBS) to gather and validate business requirements and ensure all process are followed
Translate the needs of the business into clear functional specifications from which a solution can be developed. Coordinate release of the Change and agree delivery dates to production and produce training material and ensure Regional Business Solutions and sustain teams are adequately trained on the delivered solutions
Reports to the TCPB Unique Applications Interface group Lead
Responsible for the cost, schedule and scope of project activities for IRAD, Capital and customer funded projects
Technical background in avionics is a plus
Participate with the engineering and program development team to establish design concepts, drawing release, prototyping, Systems Integration Lab (SIL) activities, and integration and test programs for new TCPB capabilities, payloads and sensors
Participate in the selection of, and work with suppliers of hardware and software for TCPB capabilities
Assist with contracting, subcontracting and proposal activities, and assist the team with contract compliance and support by preparing NDAs and SOWs
Support Capital costs tracking, analysis and support
Assist in the development of business cases and funding requirements
Responsible for tracking projects cost and timelines progress through reviews of status reports to be shared with the relevant project stakeholders
Qualifications for SAP project manager
Full-life cycle project management of multiple SAP EPM (BI & PCM) implementations, across all core phases of an implementation - blueprint, realisation, final preparation and post-implementation support (essential)
Managing consulting resource from Strategic Implementation partner (essential)
SAP PCM experience (essential) and SAP BPC/BW/BObj Experience (desirable but not essential)
The ability to act under their own initiative and be able to influence a variety of stakeholders, including senior management, in order to achieve their objectives
A strong problem solving, analytical and objective approach to work
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation: B.Tech/B.E. MCA/MBA Any Specialization.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Knowledge of ECC/S4 Hana,
Ability to deliver high-quality and reliable software by collaborating with the team. Outstanding analytical skills, and ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer-facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
