Job Description
Responsibilities
· The candidate should have hands on working experience in SAP FICO.
· Must have worked on multiple major SAP implementation project
· Must have experience on SAP S4 HANA/New General Ledger.
· Should have adequate experience in developing SAP solution and POV in area of SAP FICO along S4 HANA Simple Finance.
· Should have strong configuration knowledge and experience in developing customized solution on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Bank Accounting and Profitability Analysis. He should be knowledgeable on FICO interaction with other modules like PP, QM, MM, SD within depth understanding of master data.
· Integration experience with third party tools and working experience with banks is required.
· Experience in New General Ledger/Controlling, including but not limited to multi-currency experience, currency revaluation & translation, document splitting, non-leading ledger, reconciliation ledger, profit center accounting, understanding of financial close and intercompany processing.
· The candidate should be experienced & knowledgeable in defining system’s strategies / requirements, prototyping, testing, training & implementing practical business solutions.
· Should have experience in leading Proof of Concept, SAP Enterprise Blueprint sessions and developing business cases with cross functional teams.
· Manage the execution of the R2R processes for their operating division
· Knowledge on New GL concepts
· Knowledge on Localization (Tax systems)
· Good working knowledge on COPA (profitability Analysis)
· Good Working knowledge on Product Coasting (CPOC)
· Ensure all processing, financial closing, reconciliations and internal/external reports are completed on a timely basis
· Review, reconcile and analyze aspects of the monthly financial statements, inclusive of reconciliations, accruals, allocations, revenue downloads, pre-payments, and variance analysis
· Maintain balance sheet integrity of account reconciliations and ensure all unreconciled items are resolved in a timely manner and escalated as necessary
· Provide financial reporting and analysis including, budget/forecasting, working capital, Group reporting, supplementary packs and ad-hoc requests as needed
· Publish financial results in SAP FC on a timely basis
· Ensure all processes are followed within R2R
· Support annual or unplanned audits as needed (internal, external, etc.)
