Hybrid Model weekly 3-4 days working from office

Purpose of the Role

Lead Finance engagement & partnership with Business at a Network level, acting as a single point of contact for all finance needs

Lead constructive challenge and positively influence cost Optimization initiatives within business

Ensure Fiscal / budget discipline, drive and manage Finance Business KPIs enabling early identification of potential risks & opportunities

Enable development & implementation of prudent business strategy to meet organization objectives

Maintain complete knowledge of business operations and functions & in-depth knowledge of latest business developments and market trends

Train, supervise & coach team members on business partnership requirements & skills

Own transformation agenda and lead strategic initiatives

Responsibilities in the Role

The role incumbent, as the Principal Business Partner - Business Finance will be responsible for:

• Support & enable Senior/Principal Business Partner on business partnership delivery and priorities

• Manage business stakeholders & finance connect primarily at BL COO/MSU level and with Finance controllership and P2P to ensure downstream partnership rigor
• Manage smart Analysis & review of various data points for performance management (BL & entity level)
• KPI management using monthly / quarterly dashboards with analysis & appropriate alerts
• Develop budgets & forecasts - Ensure process for coherent data collation, sanitization and presentation of BL financials
• Train Analysts and Senior Analysts

Qualifications/ Abilities/ Skills Required:

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance Abilities
• Good technical, analytical & engagement skills
• Ability to visualize process enhancements
• Good understanding of Management Reporting, Performance Management, Accounting, Costing etc.
• Excellent communication and business engagement skills
• Process and change management experience
• Ability to work with virtual teams and navigate through a matrix organization
• Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team of peers
