DSWSC invites applications for the position of Principal. We are seeking a visionary, experienced, and committed education leader to head our institution and guide it toward becoming Indias leading institute and a national resource centre for Special Education.

• Postgraduate degree with B.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of Special Education
• At least 5 years of experience as Head of a similar institute

• Lead and enhance learning outcomes for children with intellectual disabilities and associated conditions
• Strengthen, innovate, and continuously improve curriculum, pedagogy, and teaching practices
• Provide academic and institutional leadership to drive excellence, inclusion, and national relevance in Special Education
• Mentor and guide faculty, fostering a culture of collaboration, research, and professional growth
• Build strategic partnerships and position the institution as a national model for Special Education
