Principal Associate / Partner — Real Estate

We are hiring Principal Associates and Partners across the Real Estate practice area, to be based out of Hyderabad.

About the Role:

The selected candidates will join an established team and will be expected to independently lead matters, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Advising developers, investors, and institutional clients on real estate acquisitions, development agreements, joint development structures, commercial leasing, title due diligence, and structured real estate transactions across Hyderabad and the broader Telangana and Andhra Pradesh markets.

Requirements:

• 5 + years of post-qualification experience
• Strong academic record from a recognised law school
• Demonstrated expertise in the relevant practice area
• Ability to independently manage matters and lead teams
