Principal Associate / Partner — General Corporate

We are hiring Principal Associates and Partners across the General Corporate practice area, to be based out of Hyderabad.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will join an established team and will be expected to independently lead matters, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Advising domestic and international clients on commercial contracts, entity structuring and governance, data privacy and protection, as well as providing corporate advisory services to GCCs and technology-driven businesses establishing or expanding operations in India.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong academic record from a recognised law school
• Demonstrated expertise in the relevant practice area
• Ability to independently manage matters and lead teams
