Principal Architect - Technical

Responsibilities

• Provide application technical architectural solutions to meet business requirements
• Oversee architectural governance standards guidelines and frameworks with implementation
• Study the technical topics, application simplification, digital transformative strategies and provide architectural vision to  define a target
• Understand the group landscape and propose technological solution based on needs
• Conduct architecture and code reviews and audits to ensure adherence to policies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such GDPR & NIST Objectives
• Collaborate with business, product owners and development teams to define technological requirements.
• Selection of appropriate technology stacks and platforms to meet digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with GBIS North-Star Design architecture standards and best practices.

Technical

• Minimum IT Technical experience 15+years.

  Relevance to technical architecture, design and solutioning experience 3+yrs

• Proficiency and expertise on programming language like Java or C#
• Strong expertise in designing scalable resilient and secure enterprise architectures
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, event-driven, Domain Driven, Hexagonal architecture and API-led connectivity
• Expertise in Cloud native and hybrid –cloud architectural patterns
• Expertise in Cloud platforms Azure
• Good understanding of Kubernetes and containerization technologies
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, )
• Awareness and understanding SG Group or GBIS North-Star Design architecture principles
• Awareness of software-craftmanship principles
• Good to have working knowledge on SG Market products
