Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 18 to 21 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AWS Redhat Openshift Spring Boot and Java. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and software development. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex cloud-based solutions using AWS and Redhat OpenshiftOversee the implementation of scalable and secure applications using Spring Boot and JavaProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutionsEnsure the architecture aligns with business goals and industry standardsConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code qualityDevelop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing development and maintenanceEvaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the development processTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerParticipate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasksEnsure the security and compliance of applications by implementing best practices and standardsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and technical challengesContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with AWS and Redhat OpenshiftShould possess strong expertise in Spring Boot and JavaMust have a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering high-quality solutionsShould have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issuesMust have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsShould have experience with architectural documentation and best practicesMust be able to mentor and guide development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
