Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI with a preference for those with experience in Multi Channel domains. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions to meet business needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of AI technologies across various projects and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams on AI-related projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in AI methodologies and practices within the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI to incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions including design specifications and user guides.
  • Mentor and train team members on AI technologies and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all AI-related projects.
  • Contribute to the development of AI strategies and roadmaps for the organization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

  • Must have extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
  • Should have a strong understanding of Multi Channel domains.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
