Principal Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Principal Architect to lead client interactions, drive sales closures, oversee design quality, and push project execution. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client convincing, team management, reporting, target monitoring on spot booking and closure strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales conversions through effective client communication and presentations

Coordinate with designers to ensure design quality and timely delivery

Conduct site visits for client initial pitch if required

Push production teams to meet timelines

Submit regular reports on meetings, KPIs, targets, and closures

Lead the team to achieve monthly sales and project goals

Requirements:

4+ years experience in interior design/project sales/client handling

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong understanding of interior design processes and timelines
