Principal Architect (AI/ML) - Startup/ MERN Stack

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Architect to design and lead scalable, innovative technology solutions that drive business transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of scalable Cloud Architectures and APIs, the latest DevOps methodologies, and a strong commitment to staying current with AI/ML advancements. A key focus will be on ensuring data interoperability across various systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design complex, scalable workflows and solutions that align with business needs

and technology goals.

Develop cloud-native architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security for enterprise

applications.

Lead initiatives to improve data interoperability, ensuring seamless integration of systems and

enabling efficient data exchange across diverse platforms.

Lead the design and implementation of robust APIs, ensuring that they enable effective system

integration, scalability, and data flow.

Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure

automation, and operational excellence.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, particularly in AI/ML, and integrate them into

enterprise solutions to drive innovation.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the CTO, product, and engineering teams, to deliver

architectural solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

Conduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards.

Mentor and guide engineering teams in implementing best practices and continuous

improvements.

Work cross-functionally to integrate new solutions into the existing infrastructure, with a focus

on data integrity and system compatibility.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly for the Utilities

and Telecom industries.

Good to have:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with expertise in cloud-native architectures

and data integration strategies.

Strong experience in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and

multi-cloud strategies.

Proficient in DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform) with a

focus on automation and infrastructure-as-code.

Experience with AI/ML frameworks and the ability to integrate machine learning solutions into

enterprise architectures.

Proven experience with data interoperability frameworks and tools, ensuring the seamless flow

of data between different systems.

Experience in Utilities or Telecom is a strong plus.
