Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Architect to join our design team, with strong expertise in residential high-rise projects.
Job Title: Principal Architect Design Department
Experience: 18+ Years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction (Residential High-Rise)
- Lead and manage the architectural design team for multiple residential high-rise projects
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Mentor and develop the design team for high performance and innovation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and statutory regulations
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in residential high-rise architecture
- Excellent leadership and team-handling skills
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, approvals, and regulations
