Principal Applications Engineer

This position is for the team working on Oracle Permitting and Licensing applications. As a member of this team, you would be working on innovative cloud technologies, and expected to analyze, design, code, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end-user applications.

You should be able to work independently, mentor others and be a highly contributing member of an agile team. having excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, with a successful record of accomplishment of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a member of the software development division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
 

We are looking for a hands-on senior engineer having experience in Generative AI as we continue to push the boundaries of AI applications in our Public Sector Cloud solution.
