Timings: 7:00 AM 2:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead a growing English-medium GSEB school. The ideal candidate will provide strong academic leadership, ensure holistic student development, and foster a positive learning environment for students, teachers, and parents.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant academic leadership experience as a Principal or Vice Principal
• Mandatory B.Ed. qualification
• Prior experience in an English-medium GSEB (State Board) school
• Strong leadership and administrative capabilities to manage a growing school environment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide overall academic and administrative leadership for the school
• Lead, mentor, and manage teachers, staff, students, and parent relationships effectively
• Ensure high standards of foundational learning and academic excellence
• Promote student well-being and a safe, inclusive school culture
• Drive the development of co-curricular and extracurricular programs
• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and compliance with GSEB guidelines
• Support teacher development through training, feedback, and performance management
• Collaborate with school management on strategic planning and school growth
