About Citizens Alliance Private Limited (CAPL)
Citizens Alliance Pvt Ltd works at the intersection of governance, citizen experience, and execution excellence. We run one of West Bengals most critical citizen-facing governance systems, handling large-scale grievance redressal, field validation, and citizen feedback.
The Role (Read Carefully)
This is a high-impact, high-accountability leadership role. This is NOT an advisory-only role. You will have direct leadership responsibility for approximately 140 team members across field and data functions.
You will lead:
- A Field Validation Unit (FVU) operating across districts
- A Data Attribution Unit (DAU) handling large volumes of citizen grievance data
Your job is not to manage people alone.
Your job is to think clearly, act decisively, and surface what matters.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, MBA, or an equivalent analytical discipline, from a top-tier institute.
- Experience: 8 15 years of professional experience with diverse stakeholder management exposure, specifically in roles such as Public Relations, Media, or Brand Consulting, Business Intelligence, Research Etc.
- Stakeholder Interface: Proven capability to interface with senior government stakeholders, including Secretary-level officers, and manage cross-functional coordination.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and findings clearly to non-technical and non-expert audiences.
What You Will Actually Do
- Own end-to-end field validation of grievance resolutions
- Ensure field reports reflect ground truth, not paperwork
- Analyze grievance data to identify:
- Repeat failure
- Process Bottlenecks
- Welfare Scheme-Level Friction
- District Level Variation
- Convert raw data + field feedback into:
- Clear patterns
- Early warning signals
- Low-Cost Improvement suggestions
- Produce concise insight notes for senior leadership & Civil Servants
- Work closely with top leadership and government officials on governance problem-solving
- Operate with high autonomy and minimal supervision
Who We Are Looking For (Profile)

- Governance / public systems
- Research or analytics roles
- Consulting or program management
- High-responsibility operational roles
But you must demonstrate:
- Strong pattern recognition
- Structured thinking
- Clear written communication (12 page notes)

- Comfort with accountability
Years of experience matter less than cognitive sharpness.
