Primary Research Associate

At Nextyn, were looking for curious and driven individuals to join our Research & Consulting team as Primary Research Associates. In this role, you will be at the forefront of gathering first-hand industry insights by engaging directly with experts, understanding project requirements, and extracting relevant information through thoughtful questioning. Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understanding project requirements and research objectives.
• Identifying, recruiting, and engaging relevant industry experts for primary research.
• Conducting expert interviews through calls, surveys, or discussions to gather accurate and high-quality insights.
• Asking structured, relevant, and probing questions to extract meaningful information.
• Documenting, synthesizing, and organizing primary data into clear and usable formats.
• Collaborating with internal consultants and analysts to support project deliverables.
• Maintaining professional communication with experts and clients throughout the research process.
• Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Supporting ad-hoc research tasks based on project needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 02 years of experience in primary research, consulting, market research, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to senior industry professionals.
• Ability to ask insightful questions and think critically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
