Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Primary Coordinator at Cambridge School. The Primary Coordinator will oversee the curriculum implementation, ensure optimal learning outcomes, and manage the daily operations of the primary section. The role involves coordinating with teachers, mentoring staff, monitoring teaching methodologies, and ensuring adherence to educational standards and guidelines. Collaboration with management, parents, and students to foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment is integral to this role.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with teachers, students, and parents
Educational and teaching expertise, along with experience in curriculum planning and implementation
Skills in Youth Development and fostering a positive learning environment
Proficiency in Educational Leadership and the ability to manage and support a team of educators
Experience in conducting Training sessions and facilitating teacher development initiatives
Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Education or related field, along with a strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum
Organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high academic standards
