Note: Aladdin experience with Performance & Attribution is Must

Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pricing & Analytics (P&A) and Aladdin user-level knowledge, as well as expertise in testing, daily reconciliation, and defect analysis. A strong understanding of pricing, FX, market data, and derivatives is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.

Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and test cases to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.

Perform testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of software solutions.

Conduct daily reconciliation activities, analyzing discrepancies and identifying root causes for defects or issues.

Leverage Aladdin user-level knowledge to analyze and interpret complex financial data and models.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document pricing strategies, FX calculations, market data requirements, and derivatives instruments.

Participate in defect analysis and resolution, working closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.

Criteria:

Experience with agile methodologies and tools for project management and collaboration.

Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools for effective communication of analysis results.

Any Graduate degree

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Proficiency in Testing

Hands on Experience in Aladdin and Performance & Attribution is a Must

Knowledge of financial instruments and markets

Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python)

Skill Required:

Hands-on experience on Aladdin & Performance & Attribution + Aladdin user-level knowledge

Testing, daily reconciliation, defect analysis

Strong understanding of pricing, FX, market data, and derivatives

Shift timings - 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Week Off: Sat-Sun

Transport: As per the company norms.
