This position is to lead the design, structuring, and execution of high-impact presentations and visual sales collateral for B2B and IT clients. The Presentation Specialist will work closely with the Brand & Content team and leadership to transform strategic messaging into compelling, visually engaging decks that drive clarity and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design & Development

• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for sales proposals, pitch decks, capability decks, and strategy meetings for Skalegrows client projects.
• Translate raw content, briefs, or rough drafts into structured, visually compelling slide narratives.
• Develop reusable slide modules that can be customized for different client proposals.

Visual Storytelling

• Convert complex B2B and IT concepts into clear, engaging visual formats.
• Use charts, infographics, icons, and layouts to simplify technical information.
• Ensure logical flow and persuasive storytelling across presentations.

Template & Asset Creation

• Design master templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create visual systems for consistent slide layouts, typography, and design standards.
• Build a library of plug-and-play slides and graphical assets including icons, stock images, custom shapes, infographic templates, etc.

Brand Alignment

• Ensure all presentations reflect the brand identity and messaging framework.
• Work closely with the Brand & Content Lead to maintain consistency in tone and positioning.

Creative Support

• Design banners, carousels, and supporting visual assets when required.
• Enhance existing presentations by improving layout, formatting, and visual clarity.

Collaboration & Execution

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deadlines.
• Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with external freelancers or vendors when necessary.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 36 years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, or graphic design roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced level is a must).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to structure content logically and improve slide flow (not just beautification).
• Experience working with B2B, IT, SaaS, or tech clients is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Any graduate.
