Presentation Specialist

Primary role

At Odessa, design plays a critical role in how we communicate ideas, strategy, and value. Our Presentation Designers help translate complex business and product information into clear, structured, and visually compelling narratives for leaders, clients, and partners.

As a Presentation Specialist , you will work at the intersection of business, design, and storytelling , collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure presentations are accurate, on-brand, and impactful. You will bring clarity to complexity, elevate business communication, and help maintain a high standard of visual excellence across the organization.

What youll do

• Design high-quality business and leadership presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Translate complex information, data, and narratives into clear, structured, and visually compelling decks
• Own end-to-end delivery of presentation assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Collaborate closely with business, marketing, sales, and design teams to understand requirements and intent
• Apply strong visual hierarchy, layout systems, typography, and brand guidelines across all presentations
• Create, maintain, and evolve presentation templates, master slides, and reusable layouts to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Visualize data effectively using charts, tables, and infographics to support business storytelling
• Ensure presentations meet enterprise-quality standards and align with Odessas brand voice
• Continuously improve presentation quality by adopting new tools, design trends, and AI-assisted workflows

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in design, visual communication, multimedia, or a related field
• 24 years of experience in business presentation design or related visual design roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and grid systems
• Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining presentation templates and master slide systems
• Experience designing data-heavy and executive-level presentations
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret business requirements
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet tight deadlines

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with AI tools for content structuring, visual generation, or productivity enhancement
